Sections and Committees

EuSEM has a number of Sections to represent different interests and activities of the Society. There are currently four Sections:

• Disaster Medicine
• Paediatric Medicine
• Pre-Hospital Care
• Young Emergency Medicine Doctors Section

The Chairman of each Section is invited to attend meetings of Council in an ex-officio capacity and is expected to provide a written report on activities of the Section for each Annual General Meeting of the Society. Federation national societies are encouraged to nominate a national representative to each Section; such representatives are required to be full members of EuSEM.

EuSEM also has a number of Committees which have a specific responsibility and which act in an advisory capacity to Council. For details please go to the individual committee pages.
