This course is meant to spread the philosophy of scenario-based learning throughout Europe, with the ultimate goal being that each training center offers local, frequent, scenario-based training to its residents. After having participated in the course, physicians become potential course instructors. After having taught at the course, physicians become potential course directors. After having run the course, physicians receive additional scenario-based educational material for local training purposes.
