Sign the HFE Declaration for the right of safe healthcare
On 5th December 2017 Health First Europe launched at the European Parliament the Declaration for Patient Safety which calls the Ministers of Health of the EU to agree on a high level of understanding on patient safety practices and standards to drive their national policies into a common path.
Patient harm is the 14th leading cause of the global disease burden, a threat to human health alike tuberculosis and malaria. We call patients, healthcare workers, and all citizens to join our effort to ensure patient safety by signing our Declaration.
